A student at University College London (UCL) would like some help with his final research project on the urban and social aspects of the new development on Peabody Avenue.

What was the area like before the development?

Was there any asocial behaviour coming from the estate and if there was has it changed since the development?

Is there a strong sense of community in the area? If so, has the development increased or decreased this?

Do you know what the original aims of the development were, and to what extent have they been achieved?
