Guests can choose from six different room layouts, including studios and more spacious three-bedroom apartments. Sophisticated amenities include LCD flat-screen TVs and super king-size beds trimmed in 300 thread-count linens and duck- and goose-down duvets. Bathrooms come stocked with products from the Aromatherapy Associates collection.

The menu at the casual and contemporary Bar and Grill is inspired by traditional British cuisine, and dishes use locally sourced produce whenever possible. Vegetarian diets can also be accommodated. At the Club Lounge and Champagne Bar, guests can enjoy cocktails and conversation pre a trip into town, after dinner or just curl up in the leather arm chair and have a great night in.

In addition to its spa menu, The Spa, along with the Dolphin Sports & Fitness Club and the multidisciplinary healthcare Calmer Clinics business, offers six customized, standalone programs focused on: sleep, optimum skin health, dis-stress, aches and pains, optimal nutrition and weight management and core breathing. To entertain exercise enthusiasts, the 11,000-square-foot sports and fitness club also houses a gym, squash courts, swimming pool. Holistic and studio classes offer more than 70 fitness classes weekly, including Gravity Reformer Pilates, Zumba, Latin Zouk and yoga. Within Dolphin Square there is also a shopping arcade and private parking available on request.
