I went to the open day a few days ago and met the owner a really down to earth nice guy called Justin Etzin. He has really invested a lot in making MillBank Tower not just some terrible office block in Pimlico but a great building to now have in the area. I love Pimlico and everything it has to offer and I think he has helped make it an even better place to live. He told me his company company opened The London Sky Bar, Paint Gallery and Curzon MillBank all in February. How amazing is that!
I dont know about you guys but living just around the corner from MillBank Tower this makes a world of difference for me.
Its just a shame the cinema doesnt have any outside seating or a restaurant or cafe. Imagine how amazing that would be in summer being able to have a coffee on a sunday and maybe a sunday roast and then watching a film.
I agree with macaonghus we as locals need to support the cinema as otherwise it will just close down like so many things do.
I just hope they show good films as sometimes Curzon Cinemas show films that I really do not want to watch!

ReportIt definitely is a great cinema. I agree that the area was certainly lacking a cinema so now that Curzon have opened one here we as locals really should get behind it

ReportA cinema is one of the few things the area was missing. I always thought there might be one at Cardinal Place.
As locals we need to start using it - because of its out of the way location, it could go unnoticed and make Curzon regret their move.
