Come and join us at the Thamesbank Community Centre, Turpentine Lane, off Lupus Street, Pimlico, SW1V 4BD for a drop in yoga class inspired by Hatha, Vajrasati and Iyenga yoga. We use props such as belts and blocks all of which are provided. The hall is light airy and has underfloor heating! Friendly teacher who is interested in improving her pupils general health rather than a keep-fit class. Cost £5 employed, £3 unemployed, students, OAPs.
