LGBT History Month Novels & Poetry Reading and Discussion
22 February, 6.30 to 8.30pm
Niranjan Kamatkar, artistic director of Wise Thoughts – an arts charity for LGBT communities and G-Fest introduces authors Eleanor Keane, Sophia Blackwell and Roz Kaveney.
Eleanor Keane reads excerpts from her first novel The Breathing Ghosts, a dark vampire fantasy for young LGBT adults, published to coincide with LGBT History Month.
Writer and Performer Sophia Blackwell reads from her debut novel, After My Own Heart, and some of her Gothic poetry.
LGBT sci-fi and fantasy author and critic Roz Kaveney reads from her novel Rituals.
The readings will be followed by Q&A and discussion.
Signed copies of all novels will be available at a special price on the night
