If you fancy shaking off those mince pie pounds, you might be vicitim to at Christmas, come to Zumba Wednesdays'. Launching in January 2012, from January 4 (18:00 - 19:00).

Anyone who fancies a taste of things to come should pop along to the 2 pre-Christmas classes on Thursday 1 and 8 December (17:30 - 18:30).

All classes are £7 each and are at Grosvenor Hall, 8 Vincent Street.
